📦 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

🪄 Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Please note — items sent back without requesting a return first won’t be accepted.

💔 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong product.

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right. ✨


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants 🌿)

  • Custom or personalized items 🎁

  • Personal care products (like cosmetics or beauty goods)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases 🔥

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return your current product.

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without justification.

As with regular returns, the item must be unused, with original packaging and tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


💰 Refunds

We’ll notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note — it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
